Who can become a member?
Anyone. Anywhere. Anytime. Once you've created your account, you can ask your family and friends to connect with you by sending them an invitation link. Share the love! Enjoy the benefits!
Is there a cost to create my account?
No, it's absolutely free! There is no cost to becoming a member. Simply click on the 'Join Free' button from the member icon on the top right of this page. Registration is simple and free. You can start receiving up-to-date information and enjoying discounts that apply to your specific travel interests for the Caribbean.
What are some of the benefits of becoming a member?
Becoming a member means you will be among the first to enjoy great discounts on bookings, exclusive deals, partner offers, access to all features of our site, giveaways and promotions from Caribbean BlueBook, all curated to your specific travel interests. Will I actually win a prize if I participate in a giveaway?
Yes. That's the whole point. You win. You're happy. You tell your friends. They're happy. Before you know it, we're all just a bunch of happy people.
I won a contest! Will I be responsible for any fees imposed on my prize?
Hotel taxes are included in the land-only vacation prices. For airfare-inclusive vacations, airline taxes, any government-imposed increases in fees or taxes are the winner’s responsibility to pay.
I tried to use a promotion code, but I was unable to do so. What do I do?
We provide many promotions via our partners. If you choose to use a promotion, please be sure that you use the right offer code within the promotion's effective dates. If you are still having difficulties, please contact us.
How do I connect with friends and family?
Once you've created your own account, you can ask friends and family to join you and connect with fellow travelers. Just go to your account profile and select the 'Connections' link and click the 'Invite' button. Benefits of connecting include seeing each others' preferences, participating in group discounts, and sharing ideas about your vacation plans.
How many destinations will I discover on Caribbean BlueBook?
The Caribbean region is vast so we've elected to initially focus on 32 of the Caribbean countries and are adding more information and content for each of these destinations as we are received them from our partners. As we grow, we will expand our Caribbean destinations coverage.
Will I be added to your membership mailing list when I register?
Yes but you can however change your frequency preferences or unsubscribe from our communications at any time. We send you stuff that is tailored to your interests, and don’t want you to miss out on important updates and exclusive offers!
Will you share my information with your partners and third parties?
No, we do not sell, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any third party. Please read our 'Privacy Policy' which stipulates our commitment to your privacy.
Do you offer hotel and other partner discounts?
Yes, we partner with a number of hotels, resorts, restaurants and other vendors to offer fantastic promotions to visitors and exclusive deals to our registered members. Make sure you register to take full advantage of all our offers.
Can I book rooms through Caribbean BlueBook?
For sure. We work with a number of wholesalers to get you the best prices on all of our bookings. Simply put, our prices are less because our overhead costs are less. We pass those savings on to you. In addition, registered members get better pricing and have access to more available rooms. Another reason to sign up for free.
Is it cheaper to book on Caribbean BlueBook than on other online travel platforms?
Yes, prices on regular bookings are usually cheaper when you book with Caribbean BlueBook than with any of the "Big 3" or any of their subsidiaries. We've partnered with a reputable and global booking wholesalers that provide as good or better terms as the Big 3. We are then able to pass on those discounts to our members.
Will I get 5% or more off on all of my bookings made on Caribbean BlueBook?
Yes, the membership discount and any other applicable discounts will be apply to your booking at the checkout cart. Other special offers or discounts have to be used within specified dates so be sure to check your account profile periodically to take full advantage of current discounts.
Do you offer price-matching on bookings?
Yes, if you book with us and show us that a better price for a comparable booking was available on another booking platform, we'll give you the difference and add an extra $50 to apply on your next booking with us.
Is it safe and secure to book on Caribbean BlueBook?
We use the most updated SSL/TLS certification methods and use end-to-end encryption to secure data in transit and in storage. You can tell that's true when you see the "lock" icon next to the "https" prefix in the URL on any of our pages.
How secure is Caribbean BlueBook when processing customer information?
Caribbean BlueBook uses an Extended Validation (EV) SSL certificate issued by one of most trusted security companies in the world. This type of certificate provides the highest level of trust and are the industry standard for reputable businesses. Our customers can feel confident when they see the "green address bar" with the padlock in their web browsers together with the authenticated company name in green adjacent to the web address.
What are some requirements for companies to secure this authentication?
To receive a valid certification, website owners must meet the authentication requirements for an organization validation SSL but also go through a stricter vetting process performed by a human specialist. This type of validation is recommended for all business and enterprise websites, but is especially important for any site that requests personal information from users (payment, financial, legal and otherwise).
Is my payment information stored on secure servers?
We use Authorize.Net, a CyberSource solution, that provides secure, reliable, payment gateway solutions that enable merchants to authorize, settle and manage electronic transactions safely and securely on our site. Several basic fraud prevention tools are included with this service including, but not limited to: Address Verification Service; Card Code Verification; Adhere to the PCI Data Security Standard Requirements; Shipping-Billing Mismatch Filter; and Compliance with Payment Card Industry standards (PCI DSS).
I have a problem with my login. What should I do?

Can I change/update my information at any time?
You can always go to your profile and update or change your information. Doing so will ensure that we and our partners are able to meet your needs.
Can I delete my account?
You can delete your account at any time but we hope you'll give us a chance to change your mind. Let us know where we're falling short and we'll work to resolve these issues as quickly and as best as we can.
