Celebrate Tobago’s unique blue cuisine at the Blue Food Festival in Bloody Bay. The blue root dasheen is used throughout the festival to create innovative appetizers, entrees, desserts and liqueurs. Guests can enjoy cooking demonstrations and competitions, samples of local chefs’ creations, and entertainment by popular local performers. Free admission.
