As one of the premier fine-dining restaurants in the Caribbean, The Cliff restaurant in Barbados wows with more than just stunning views. While the dramatic cliff-top setting is certainly a reason to go, the delicious food and welcoming service are what make this restaurant stand out.

 

Originally opened in 1995, The Cliff quickly rose to become one of the top dining destinations in the Caribbean. Since then, the structure has been modernized, replaced with an elegant, sophisticated design. Two levels of outdoor seating overlook the sea beyond, and at night, the deck is illuminated by torchlight, revealing the stingrays swimming below.

 

Many of the seafood dishes, such as curry mussels and chargrilled swordfish, are influenced by Asian cuisine. The fine wine cellar holds over 1500 varieties of carefully selected wines from around the world.

 

Open for dinner Monday through Sunday, and on Sundays for lunch and dinner.
